This may be your first time attending our Women's Conference and we want to make your experience an enjoyable one. Please find below FAQ that will help answer some of your questions.
When is the 2024 COC Women's Spiritual Conference Retreat? August 23 - 25, 2024 Will the COC Women's Spiritual Conference Retreat be in-person? Yes, the COCWSCR will be in-person at the Hilton Garden Inn, Independence, Missouri. Will I be allowed to bring my spouse or child to the evening banquet? No. How do we dress for the conference? Women typically dress in casual or business attire. Jeans, pants and jumpsuits are welcomed. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. How do I register? Simply click on any of the REGISTER buttons throughout our site. How much is registration? Early Bird pricing is $110 per person. Regular Registration is $125 and Late Registration is $135. If I am unable to attend the conference, will I be able to get a refund? No. Will the conference be live-streamed? No, not this year. We are excited to return to our classic in-person experience. What are the Colors for the conference? The conference ccolors are Red, White, Black and Silver What is included with your registration? Conference bag and materials, heavy or'deaves on Friday night, hot breakfast (if you are staying at the hotel) and banquet dinner. You will be on your own for lunch on Saturday afternoon. How do you dress for the Saturday night banquet? Women typically dress up in formal dresses, cocktail dresses, or beautiful elegant dresses, or you may choose to put on your Sunday Best. Will we get "free-time" in the afternoon or evenings to explore, rest and replenish our spirit? Absolutely! There will be a break for lunch and a break in the afternoon before dinner and evening sessions. Will there be places to eat and shop within walking distance of the hotel? Yes, there are a few stores around the hotel area, but the majority of shopping and restaurants are 5-10 minutes from the hotel site. Will transportation be provided to the conference from the airport? Yes, if you are in need of transportation to and from the airport, please indicate that on your registration form, and provide your Flight, Airline and Contact Information. Will child care be provided for those attending the conference? No, unfortunately we are unable to provide child care for the conference. Do I need a ticket to enter the banquet? Yes, you will need a wrist-band to enter the evening banquet.
