This may be your first time attending our Women's Conference and we want to make your experience an enjoyable one. Please find below FAQ that will help answer some of your questions.
When is the 2026 COC Women's Spiritual Conference Retreat? Friday August 21st - Sunday August 23rd Will the COC Women's Spiritual Conference Retreat be in-person? Yes, the COCWSCR will be an in-person event. Will I be allowed to bring my spouse or child to the conference? No. How do we dress for the conference? Dress in casual or business attire. Jeans, pants, and jumpsuits are suitable. Please bring a sweater or wrap, the conference ballrooms tend to be chilly. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. How do I register? Simply click on any of the REGISTER buttons throughout our website. How much is registration? Early Bird pricing - $150 per person (Feb. 1 - Apr. 15) Regular Registration - $165 per person (Apr. 16 - Jul 15) Late Registration - $175 per person (Jul 16 - Aug 14) If I am unable to attend the conference, will I be able to get a refund? No refunds will be issued for any reason. Will the conference be live-streamed? Not this year. We are excited to return to our classic in-person experience. What are the Colors for the conference? The conference colors are shades of blue, gray, silver, and white What is included with your registration? Conference bag and materials, hors d'oeuvres on Friday night, hot breakfast (if you are staying at the hotel) and banquet dinner. You will be responsible for your own lunch on Saturday afternoon. How do you dress for the Saturday night banquet? Women typically dress up in formal, cocktail, or elegant dresses, or you may choose to put on your Sunday Best. Will we get "free-time" in the afternoon or evenings to explore, rest and replenish our spirit? Absolutely! There will be a break in the afternoon before dinner and after evening sessions. Will there be places to eat and shop within walking distance of the hotel? No. There are stores around the hotel area, but the majority of shopping and restaurants are 5-10 minutes from the hotel site. There is a restaurant on the hotel property as well as a Starbucks cafe'. Will transportation be provided to the conference from the airport? Yes, if you are in need of transportation to and from the airport, please indicate that on your registration Form, and provide your Flight, Airline and Contact Information. Will child care be provided for those attending the conference? No, unfortunately we are unable to provide child care during the conference. Do I need a ticket to enter the banquet? Yes, you will need a wristband to enter the Saturday evening banquet. Can I register to attend the "banquet only" or "workshop sessions only? No. We are asking each woman to register for the entire conference so that you can enjoy the fellowship of the sisterhood.
