Mail-In Registration Instructions

If you prefer to register by mail, just follow these easy steps:
Step 1 — Open the Registration FormClick the Registration Form (PDF) button on this page. Step 2 — Complete the FormYou have two easy options:
  • Fill it out online, then print it
  • Print it first, then fill it out with a pen
Please be sure to complete all sections of the form before printing. Step 3 — Print Your Completed Form Once the form is finished, print a copy to include with your payment. Step 4 — Prepare Your Payment Include ONE of the following forms of payment:
  • Cashier's Check
  • Money Order
Personal checks are NOT accepted. Step 5 — Place Everything in the Envelope Be sure your envelope includes:
  • Your completed registration form
  • Your cashier's check or money order
Step 6 — Mail Your Registration Mail your completed registration form and payment to the address listed on the form:

Step 7 — Add Postage and MailDon't forget to add a stamp, then drop your envelope in the mail or at your local post office.

Important Reminders
  • Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.
  • Payments must be postmarked by the registration deadline:
  • Early Bird Registration Fee ($150): Febraury 1 - April 15
  • Regular Registration Fee ($165): April 16 - July 15
  • Late Registration Fee ($175): July 16 - August 14
